My question involves business law in the state of: Arizona
I have searched this forum, internet and several sites which draft Partnership Agreements but I have been unable to find any examples or samples of an Illness Clause and Death Clause which has been written with proper language to be able to included into a Partnership Agreement.
If any one on this forum has the knowledge or able to provide a sample's with the proper language of a Illness Clause and Death Clause to include into a Partnership Agreement it would be greatly appreciated.
