My question involves insurance law for the state of: Oklahoma
My mother was in a car wreck a month or so back, it was at that time we found out the car had the collision coverage removed.
She had called several weeks before that to have collision dropped on her older vehicle that was not being used.
They refuse to correct their mistake, how do i proceed?
They have been giving me the run around back and forth and telling me lies as well. They recently told me my mother had been in the office the day prior to a phone call i was having with them at the time. They told me "she said she couldn't remember what she wanted them to do or what she asked them to do" My mother was in a different part of the state visiting relatives at the time they claimed she was in their office.
I'm frustrated and i'm not sure how to proceed please help!
