Sales Agreements: Is a Lease Agreement Still Binding if it Was Not Fully Executed

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Pennsylvania

I entered into a lease in feb 2014 after not receiving no payment info for 2 months I called Chrysler they said they hadn't not got any paperwork from dealer. Apparently I signed a contract got called back to sign second due to missed sections so I went in to sign. A few days later got called again to resign due to missed sections. I refused dealer kept calling and sending letters and showing up at my house. I refused again as 2 were enough. Then I came home one day to a bright purple deal jacket in my mailbox with the third contract. Which I refused to sign again.

Well because I would t sign the third chrysler wouldn't fund the lease which was fine I would return the truck. A week or two went by and I had it with the dealer harassment and decide to return the truck. Which they wouldn't let me as they funded the truck I asked how cause I didn't sign the paperwork now the missed issues on the second contract was dealer didn't sign, excessive mileage charge and my signature agreeing that everything was correct. The third contract had lost it notes and highlighted these areas and also the dealer signed the third contract which I still have.

I have been telling dodge since 2014 almost every month since then and haven't got any help. The day before the lease ended someone finally notices what I been complaining about and now 2 1/2 months late nothing has been resolved. In pa I found a clause for a law stating that if contract isn't complete I have the right to a refund. And after talking to several finance managers and officers they tell me what this dealer did is illegal including leaving the contract in my mailbox. I have been told by a few that I should be able to keep the truck and also get my money back. I asked for a partial refund and in return I will turn in truck but nothing has come about what can I do to speed this up and resolve it. I don't want to pay for mileage and because technically the contract was altered after wards by adding the stuff that was missing wouldn't it be fraud and invalid? I been asking everyone but can't find a lawyer to help and no one has answers. I need help asap
