Will my daughter's father be able to say that him not liking my significant other is a reason for me to not be able to move? While my significant other treats my daughter like his own and has never, ever done anything to harm her, he does not get along with my daughter's father because my daughter's father has done some pretty horrible things to me, my kids and my significant other. If he happens to state that his dislike for my significant other is his primary reason for not wanting me to relocate, can I object based on the fact that their differences does not impact my child?
