My question involves real estate located in the State of: My fiance and I recently purchased a modular home together. It is a lease to own for the next year where it will convert to a morgage. I have paid rent and all utilities for the home so far. He has only paid half the downpayment. I just want to know if we were to ever split who would get the house? Both names are on it but I have the finances to maintain it. He does not.
