I'm seeking advice on how to restore my rights to purchase and possess a firearm. From my understanding, a Domestic violence conviction strips you of the 2AD right at the federal level. How could i go about reversing this and get my rights back? That is the only violent crime on my record, in the state of Maine it is a Class D Misdemeanor.
