I was driving down 41 when a car whips out of a dealship and speeds up on me. It looked like a blacked out suv and there was another car next to me. I sped up to try to get over and out of the suvs way but then it turned on police lights. So the cop decided to speed up on me at 12am, its dark, no lights. Its that grounds for dismissing a speeding ticket?
