Car Accident Deemed a Total Loss but

My question involves insurance law for the state of: Georgia

I will try to explain this the best way possible.

-I had recently bought my car, I only owned it for two months.
-In that time frame I put 3grand into my vehicle in just replacing parts.
- my car was destroyed by the insurance company in order to devalue it.
- parts are missing, rips and tears in my seat, paint, cement trash omg its just horrific
- my car is older with 300,+++ miles
- it was a limited edition and I have all the maintence records from previous owner and the work the receipts for the work I have had just done.
- the car was in excellent shape inside and out show room ready which is why I bought it.
- at a recent oil change an inspection was done and the inspection said everything was great I have a report to prove it.
- front end damage only
- my car is listed online for sale
- i paid cash I am the sole owner, no I have not surrendered my title to them nor my keys.

--*** yes I have shown comparable vehicles listed at higher prices that were base models because my car with features I cant find. I've searched pretty faf

Nothing was wrong with my vehicle when i had the work done, I just wanted to replace parts on my engine and suspension and clean my throttle body for my peace and mind.

I tried to go through mustangs insurance but they were delaying and giving me excuses. I talked with them for 2days then i just decided to go through my insurance company and they were able to put me in a rental that day.

I agreed to let my insurance company pick my vehicle up from the tow yard. I was told to remove all my items out and to remove my license plate from my vehicle becaue it was deemed a total loss. This is before they (my insurance company) even seen the vehicle.

My insurance company destroyed my vehicle outside of damages from the wreck. What do i do. The adjuster has admitted to having some of my stolen parts in a email.

Any advice will be helpful yes i have filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner but to no avail no help

Ccc one is who my insurance company is using for the report. They have not even documented things about my vehicle correctly on the evaluation. Ive pointed it out they will not chamge it.

Some of the options for they are using onth evulation
"Dual mirrors"

All cars in U.S. have dual mirrors.

I have went as far as even sending them my build sheet of my vehicle still no change.
