My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I could not find any post that would answer my question, so here goes:
My in-laws are up in their age and don't own a car or drive any more. They do have handicapped plaque that we take with us when I drive them to doctor or store.
When I take them to store or doctors office, I park in handicapped space and I usually go with them, but sometimes only my wife goes and I stay in the car and sleep or work on my laptop.
I was told by a friend that I could be cited for being in the car while I wait for my in-laws. Is this true? I drop them off at a business and wait for them and I could be cited?
