My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Utah
I have never had keys to the residents because we had keyless entery, which has been changed (including garage) and claims he has no access. The police have informed him I can collect my things already. I now live an hour out of town and have no vehicle. The roommate is only allowing me one day a week to retrieve my things knowing I depend on others for help.
What can I do to get my things?
Dose he have to be there, or can my other roommate?
How long do I have to get it before I cant?
What can I do about the things that come up missing?
