My question involves real estate located in the state of: Indiana... My neighbor is putting a pond close to my property line. He intends to have the pond over flow drain towards my property. Making my property collect the run off of his pond. My question is this legal? It would be a man made drain, not natural. The drain pipe would come out on his property but mine will get the water, since I'm down hill from it.
