My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CT
So my ex was a teacher in MA and has a graduate degree in special ed. She quite her job in November 2016 voluntary. She has since got a job working in retail and making only 1/2 of what she did before. 6 months later she is coming to me to get more support because her income was cut (all her doing). I'm not apposed to paying more support I just don't want this to get out of control. Unfortunately, she is very unpredictable and may want to take me to court which can result is a ridicules amount. I have 50/50 physical custody of both child and have the same expenses as she does with the children when I have them as she does when she has them. I pay 1/2 of everything when it regards the children medical, school, and most extra curricular activities.
Can someone help guide me here?
