My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Nevada
This lady ran a stop sign and totaled my car. Her insurance (Fred Loya) is saying theres a maximum of $10,000 for the policy. They priced my car at $15,000 but are only offering me $9800 as apart of the owner retain policy and will be releasing the damaged car back in my name. I do not want this and it is being forced on me. I cant fix a totaled car and i want nothing 2 do with it. How do i stop this and make them take responsibility for the damaged property and not me? They arent covering the total property damage of the car. They arent covering property damage of my car seat or glasses as well.
