Speeding Tickets: Exhibition of Speed

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Oahu, Hawaii

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Oahu, Hawaii
I've been pulled over twice now in hawaii, I am military and Hawaiians don't like us that much, but really. This stop makes no sense at all. I have a modified exhaust on my car, so it's kinda loud, especially when I downshift from second to first gear going at the speed of about 25-30 miles an hour. So to the untrained ear it sounds like a car moving at crazy speeds or trying to show off. There was no one there at all for me to show off too, and I saw the officer before he was even in his car. I have a witness which is my passenger. As soon as we saw him moving to his car we knew he was coming after us. I did not break any laws. So what should I do at court. He told me he saw people look at my car and then look at him so he felt obligated to pull me over, and then his buddy came up while he was writing the traffic citation and said "hey my boss thinks you were speeding so sit tight." How can he think I was speeding, So if I think something it must be true? He also claimed to have observed me speeding! There was a red light like 80 feet in front of me!

Facts on my end:
He didn't have a radar gun on me
I didn't peel out
I didn't rev my engine
I had no intent to show off
I was downshifting for a red light, hence the engine making some noise

Do I have a valid case here. Questions of me are welcome. I was so nice to him too. I had all my stuff ready for him, and didn't argue at all.

He verbally said I was speeding.
But on the ticket it says exhibition of speed. He also wrote no comments on it at all, and didn't fine me. Wants me to appear in court. Is that worse for me?
