Presumption of Paternity: Survivers Social Security Fraud

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Oklahoma

Okay so this is my question, my husband has a child that might be his with a woman whom he was with previously. She refuses to let him take a paternity test because she was married though seperated when she became pregnant and her husband died. She is claiming this child as her dead husbands even though there is no way its his because they were in two different states at the time and for several years previous. My husband wishes to learn paternity but is afraid if he presses for the paternity test she will go to jail for fraud. She won't let him take the test for this reason and because she is afraid to loose the income she gets for the child. But expects him to support her financially without any documentation of the support otherwise he can not see the child. Its is not his desire to see her go to jail or to take the child he just wishes for his parental rights and to know that it is his child because she had been with other people and doesn't really know the paternity herself. Would proving paternity to be my husbands have her caught in fraud? Would she go to jail or be fined? How would it affect her and the child if he seeks legal help with the issue.
