My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Florida
Hi as the title shows my situations a bit of an odd one lol... So I got my drivers license in the state of FL (first license) and I got into a small accident in which I got a ticket for "speeding under the conditions" it was raining and I hydroplaned but unfortunately I was unemployed and was unable to pay the fine in time which resulted in my license being suspended.. During this time (2012) I moved to MA and due to financial issues and other personal issues I didnt try to fix my situation right away.. Back in 2014 I paid the fine in FL and they sent me paperwork saying I would need to bring it to the DMV and pay a reinstatement fee as well as any cost I may need to pay to switch to a MA license but before I could do so my FL license expired... So my question is what exactly do I need to do to fix this?
