Workers Compensation Issues: Fired for Something That Never Happened, Part of U.a.w, Signed a Employment Contract

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Michigan. I received a call from my boss and hr representative telling me that I was being fired for refusing to take a drug test, before this call no one ever said anything to me about a drug test. The day prior I got into it with my manager about the way she was treating my fellow employees and I and I ended up making her look bad in front of everyone. I signed an employment contract when I was first hired in and I'm part of the U.A.W. Is there anything that I can do about this and if so, how do I go about getting back pay once I get my job back?
