My question involves personal property located in the State of: Georgia
This question relates to HOA guidelines and county ordinance.
About a year ago I got me a couple of younger dogs (male and female, in addition to an old dog that I had had) - all are small breed (Yorkie size).
I immediately noticed that the dogs run off to the street after people and other dogs. I also received a letter from the County's Animal Control that this violates county ordinance.
So, about a year ago I constructed a fence using green plastic material and running the majority of the fence through the English Ivy that surrounds my front yard - making the fence almost invisible.
A few days ago I was approached by the HOA demanding that I immediately remove the fence as it is contrary to the HOA guidelines.
So, if I remove the fence I will be violating county ordinance.
What can I do? Please help?
