I bought a 2000 Toyato Solara from a private owner. The same day i took the car to get check to see what was wrong with it and it was nothing but the Cadillac Converter. Two days after purchase I took the car to get an oil change to Walmart. Five hours after leaving walmart my car started knocking check everything under the hood to realize it was no oil in the car it was "bone dry". I got it towed back to walmart within 24 hours because I didn't understand why it wasn't any oil. They denied the claim for the insident. Saying my oil dipstick was damage. Which I know it wasn't because the mechanic that look at the car would've said so. Now I'm trying to figure out my next step whose at fault for damaging the car? Also how does the oil dipstick get damage within 24 hours? Somebody please explain to me I'm completely speechless.
