Service and Repair: New Car Damaged

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of Ohio

I purchased a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee a couple of weeks ago from a dealer about two hours away from my house. When I went to leave I noticed some issues with the vehicle. The front fender trim pieces were discolored and the wheels were all scratched up. The dealer agreed to replace the wheels and fender trim pieces with new. When they replaced the fender trim pieces they just wiped the road dirt and salt off with a rag and scratched the pain. It also looks like they used a screw driver or something like that to remove the trim because there are pry marks and indentations in the paint.
They originally said they would fix the problem or I could take it to the local Jeep dealer and have them fix it and they would take care of the bill. I contacted my local dealer and they don’t do their own body work and referred me to the shop they use. I had the shop they recommended to a look at the damage and they said because of the pry marks the drives side would need to be repainted in that area. They gave me an estimate for the labor. When I told the dealership that the vehicle would need to be repainted and I was fine with the local shop doing the repair I also stated that I should receive some type of compensation because the valve of the car will go down because of this needing to be repainted. Now the dealer refused to do anything and said they replaced the wheels and trim pieces like I requested and they are not doing anything else.
Now what do I do?
