My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida
I own a condo in Florida
My father was staying there and left the kitchen sink running causing an overflow that caused damage to the unit below mine.
I do not have insurance on my unit but the unit below (that was damaged) does have insurance.
Am I responsible for paying for his repairs on his unit or does his insurance cover his repairs?
