Rental Agreements: Max Extra Deposit if Partially Furnished

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

How much extra can you legally charge for deposit if your house is only partially furnished? Do you just prorate it somehow?

I might have everything except one bed or everything except one bed and the living room couches.
