Hello! I am originally from Spain where law does not allow for name changes due to marriage. You are born and die with your name. In the USA the story is different. So now just say I end up with two passports and two identities for the reasons explained above.
1. How would that affect traveling at the borders? I know you don’t show the flight ticket at the borders generally. I am referring to other type of issues that may arise.
2. Just say I live a long life and decide to retire to my home country. USA would pay my retirement but in Spain I am not the person USA has on file so how would I be getting my retirement then?
3. Any other issues this may cause?
