My question involves court procedures for the state of: Texas
I have a permanent injunction against me for some dumb sh*t. Anywho, they have been watching me day and night. Yes it sounds exaggerated, but it's not. My neighbors watch and listen and if I make a move...moments later here comes code enforcement taking pictures. I'll admit, I'm not in 100% compliance as I am not allowed to fix my own truck in my own driveway...so I am using a small SUV to move the items they want moved. Therefore it's taking me longer than anticipated. They said no car work (even on my own truck) and I haven't done that. I did however procure a small generator which I have been working on so that I can have light at my newly acquired storage facility so I can keep moving what they want moved well into the late night hours. I have shut down my internet site that they didn't want me using to bring in funds so they can turn around and take them for themselves. In the filing of contempt they even state the website is still active...and it's not. It's like they just throw sh*t against the wall to see what sticks.
The question is....what is the procedure? Do I file a response to the accusation of contempt or do I wait for my fate? Of course I have tried to hire a lawyer. One wanted a $5K retainer and the other $8k retainer. I wish i had that money but since my fellow Americans outsourced my job, the HOA (which I used to be board member of) and the city fining me...I'm drained. Truth: the lawyers wanted to negotiate with me and I said OK. The ONLY solution that they disagreed with that I suggested was..."I'll move." They said "no, we don't want you to do that." I wonder why. You know why.
