My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I was pulled over by an officer and given a notice to appear for violating CVC 22450(a) failure to stop at a stop sign.
But I think I did a complete stop, here the video from my front dash-cam: https://youtu.be/bd7JidxkmIc
Based on the video, can you say that it was a violation?
Do I have a chance in court, and will the judge watch/accept my video?
Please help me. Thank you
