Hi.... i have some questions regarding trustee's duties for a special needs trust ...
I was wondering, other than the general duties of the trustee to fulfill the beneficiaries needs.... what are other responsibilities that a trustee would have when the beneficiary is on SSI ?
some common one's that I could think of was, keep a good accounting of funds spent, invest the funds, and pay property taxes. I wasn't sure if any notification needed to be sent to dhsc on a yearly basis ? or any other ones that you guys might think of.
