My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oregon
I am one of those dads who has never taken issue with paying child support. I did it gladly and on time.
My order stopped once my youngest son graduated high school and my oldest son turned 21 ( he is in college ) That was a month ago.
Now in between these two boys I have a daughter who dropped our of high school and has bounced around from job to job for the passed 2 years. Now that my child support is now over, she has decided that if she goes to school she will get the full amount of child support that her brother was getting while in school.
Now my question is this. How is it possible that she is able to start getting child support for attending school, when she sent in a notice at the age of 18 saying she was not going to attend school? My child support ended a month ago, due to no child attending school, or aging out as my oldest did.
