How to Advertise Corporation Dissolution

I'm dissolving an S-Corporation. I have filed the articles of dissolution with the state of Hawaii.

I need to prepare an advertisement to post in the local newspaper but don't know exactly how to word the dissolution..

Is it simply, "Construction Company, Inc. doing business at 123 Apple Street, has been effectively dissolved on 10-31-17 at 8:00am"

Or is there more detail needed? I don't want to miss anything and have the statue of limitations for claims be extended to 10 years vs. 5 years.
