My question involves personal property located in the State of: New Mexico, USA... Is a company responsible for my mechanic tools stolen out of the company truck that I drive everywhere for work purposes. I was in Las Vegas Nevada and the company purchased me a hotel room. When I got up in the morning to go to Bullhead City, Az.. my truck had been broken into and about 5500.00 in tools we're taken
