Auto Insurance: I Sued My Agent in Small Claims, Should Have Sued Company is My Statute Time Up

My question involves insurance law for the state of: Mn.
I have been dealing with my insurance company not "ACTUALLY" inspecting my vehicle for suspension issues since my car was returned to me after repairs. It seems like the insurance company and body shop were in some kahoots together as I never could get straight answers from either one. The adjuster had on my original estimate replacement of a new stabilizer bar, which links or bushings we're never changed. I replaced the links as I was under the impression that a new bar was put in. Upon further investigation on my own and just recently I looked up this new part number which is not a stabilizer bar but a left link. The insurance company states they put in a new sway bar and as I complained they sent body shop additional money for the same part # stating they replaced the bar once again. I sued my agent but only to find out I should have sued the company and it is now over 2 years but earlier this year my car was in the shop(different shop) to still try and find these suspension issues. Is it to late to now sue the company as this has been an on going thing for the past 2 years. I am on my 12th tire in 40,000 miles. First 4 tires were new 10 days prior to accident and since April of this year I have now put 8 used tires on which the tire tread is very uneven on all tires. If I can still sue how do I do that?
