My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: California. I was driving in a bus lane and someone made a left hand turn across 3 lanes of stopped traffic. We hit each other. Her insurance is only claiming responsibility for 20% of the accident, putting the rest of the blame on me. How should I fight it? I believe I had the right of way and she should have yielded, even if I was stupid and driving in a bus lane. I don't have collision insurance.
