Greetings. For the last 3 years at my job I have worked every weekend, afternoom shift.
A couple months ago I lost both my babysitters.
I submitted to my work, in writing, that weekends are not doable.
They submitted to me, I'm text message, that if I switched to dayshift and worked 3 days per week instead of 2, that I would no longer be required to work weekends.
I accepted and my schedule changed a week later.
Now I have been told that I need to work every other weekend.
If I refuse can I collect unemployment?
