I have a few traffic court questions myself. Recently I was cited a 2210(d)V.C. I would like to fight the ticket but I want to request a speedy trial. How do I go about doing that legally. The court date issued is not until next year and I'm not comfortable with that. Also I read somewhere-online of course- that if you were to losing you're case you can opt to do traffic school. Is traffic school the best bet to avoid fines and points being added to my driving record?
