Visitors and Guests: Abusive Boyfriend Will Not Leave My Home. Please Help

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Mississippi
My boyfriend works on the road. He lives out of hotels and his truck from job to job. He has been visiting two days a week for two months from another state and then decides to up and "get fired" from his job and come stay with me. Now, I have said from the beginning of this last "visit" of his, which has lasted for about a month, that he is NOT WELCOME TO LIVE HERE. The relationship has been abusive for a long time now, he has threatened to kill himself, me, my family, you name it to keep me from leaving him. He has forced his way into my home and each day he unloads more of his stuff into my home. He agreed to leave the end of this week, but now he keeps telling me that legally I can't kick him out and he isn't going to ever leave. I have begged and pleaded for him to get out of my life, but all he does is threaten me. He is not on the lease. He doesn't receive mail here. He has not paid any bills or rent here, just bought himself some food. He does have belongings here. And I just recently (yesterday) found out that he stole my key and made a copy so I can't lock him out. I have a son at home and I don't feel safe with him here. I need him gone asap, I can't afford to legally evict him and honestly I am scared to.

I just want to know has he been a guest long enough to claim residency?
