Living Wills: The Executor of My Fathers Estate Filed a Older Will to Gain Possession of His House

My question involves probate proceedings in the state of: nevada My deceased brother who was the first executor of my fathers living will used a non valid will prior to my fathers death that he new wasn't current to put the family home in his name. I was the second executor. He did not file any paperwork with the court after my fathers death in 2009. In 2011 my brother passed away with no will. Leaving one son. The home has a lien on it for taxes. I have been advised to sue my brothers estate. In my mind my brother didn't execute the duties as the executor of the will and also committed fraud by submitting a will he new wasn't current. I have a copy of the current will and also a copy of the will sent to me by the county treasurer my brother used to get the property in his name.
How should I proceed.
