My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: New York City
So this was tonight and i wanted to grab some with my sisters. i drove around finding parking and i found a spot, two guys were waiting to cross they were blocking me so i beeped and one guy moved back the other stood their. i slowly creep up and i didnt think i would hit him. Well i dont think i even hit him. Maybe i might have tap his shirt. I'm not really sure as i didnt feel like i hit him or anything. So i backed up and parked properly and he took a picture of my car and plate and walked away. his friend stared for a bit and left right after too. My question is should i be worried im positive he didnt get injured or anything? Also what should i do? The polce wasnt called or anything and i drove away a few minute after becuase i was worried he would key my car or something.
