My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington
I recently got a speeding ticket for the #2 Grays Harbor District Court wherein the officer checked the CDL/CLP "yes" box. I am a licensed Texas resident, and do not hold any sort of commercial licenses or permits. Can someone explain if there will be any consequences of that box saying "yes"?
I ask because here in Texas, commercial license holders are lot allowed to take a driver's safety course. Is that the same in Washington? Is there any chance for dismissal due to this? One last question: do tickets "follow" drivers from one share to another? I was ticketed while in a rental and I have zero plans to ever drive in Washington again.
Thank you.
