My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Maryland
I requested and received a protective order from my husband for one year. That order expires on the 24th of this month at midnight. My question is; what happens on the 25th if my husband wants to move back in? Can he? His name is on the mortgage but I alone have been paying all the household bills by myself since the restraining order was put into place. He has had his license changed to a different address. We have a settlement agreement and a divorce is in process. How can I or can I prevent him from 'moving back in'? Thanks
