I just moved the United States and working on a online business.
I would like to sell Game coupons (Playstation, Xbox, and other consoles), my goods are digitals [codes].
My first question is : can I start selling before incorporating the company ? I will reports sales and incomes after earning some funds.
Second, I am willing to register the company (an LLC) in Delaware, what are the taxes I should collect from buyers ?
Finally, should I also tax international buyers ? is yes, how much ?
