My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: texas, i am a patron of an establishment. there is an employee who consonantly makes defamatory and degrading remarks to myself to point that i believe that they at the point of harassing me by doing so, i have complained to the gms of the establishment of which who have done nothing, thus are permitting this persons behavior to continue. as a patron of the establishment do i have the right to file a complaint with the company's hr department and by law are they required to document the complaint?
