Local Taxes: Residential Property Taxes: if 3 People Are on Title, Do They Pay 1 Bill or 3 Bills

Hello,

I inherited a residential lot with 2 other family members. I am wondering how can the property tax bill be paid, is it sent separately to all 3 people or is 1 bill sent ?

I ask this because I am a beneficiary and not a trustee. So I am not handling the details. It is being suggested by a trustee that we keep an account with money in it held by the trustee to pay the property taxes. I'd prefer to get the bill myself and pay my share.
