Estate Assets and Debts: Surviving Spouse is On the Deed but Not on the Mortgage

Not sure if Im in the right place but here goes...
My husband passed away, no will but our home was a survivorship deed...deed is in my name now BUT he is the only one on the loan...what do I do??? Im told I need to file in probate before I can sell, refi or even my kids, after I pass can't even thought I have a transfer upon death affidavid filed
