My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Texas. I called teams Union because a debt from att that Franklin collection now has has an incorrect amount owed. The man asked me (from trans Union) if this is my debt and I said yes and then i did what I need to dispute amount. Did I just reset the sol clock? I'm hoping not. I heard that in Texas it has to be a written acknowledgement for sol to restart. Please help
