Civil Rights Issues: Is It Illegal to Make Black Jokes on Facebook

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Making a black joke such as saying what did the green grape say to the purple grape at night?... I cant see you

Or a joke where I involve three people who may not want me to involcve them in like a joke about penises and satan and such things like three men are in hell?

I know this is silly but I would just like to know just in case
