Other Issues: B1/B2 Single Entry Visa Annotation

Hi,

I received my US Visa with Annotation Business Conference in Richmond, California. Does this mean that I can't leave the state through LA?
Meaning I will enter through San Francisco and fly to Anaheim then leave the state through LAX. Is this allowed with the given annotation?
