Hi all, is there a statute of limitations for claiming an inheritance or contesting a will?
Here are the details. the mother of 4 children passed when the children were minors. The mother was one of six children. When the last parent (of the mother) passed, everything was left equally to the 6 children. The children of the sister who passed years ago did not received any part of their mothers inheritance. It has been quite a few years and they would like to know if it is too late to receive their mothers share.
