My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: North Carolina
My license was suspended in North Carolina for driving with out insurance and fictious tags. The car was totaled it the event that led to the discovery of my violations.
I have no way to get a crush record from the tow company for the vehicle to prove the car is no longer in my possession. (Which is what I was told I needed to do to have my license reinstated.)
I have recently moved to New Mexico. I want to get a new car but I have to have insurance and a valid license to register the vehicle. And I have to have a license to get insurance.
What can I do from new Mexico to resolve the dispute in North Carolina and reinstate my license?
