i have a question regarding a purchase made me and my wife purchase an appliance from southern foods at home they you a secondary company to finance the purchases my question is that when my wife signed for the appliance it was 6/10/15 but the cancellation policy on the same purchase states we cannot cancel past midnight on 5/29/15 does this void the agreement what rights do I have to fight back. My biggest concern is we were not explained the total purchase price of the appliance until delivery my wife was home and I was not she did not realize that the price was for appliance only not appliance and food. I was the buyer and her the conbuyer I don't know if there are any stipulations as to who has to sign for the purchase.
