I am 16 years old and live in Oklahoma , my mom lives in Arkansas. I've wanted to live with my mom for a very long time now but my parents refuse to let me. I'm almost 17 years old and want to get emancipated to go live with her. I feel like I have no other choice. My parents put me down and make me depressed. Do I have to be livin apart from my dad and step mom to be emancipated?
