I am writing a supervisory writ on my own for the first time. I am not a lawyer. I searched google scholar but I guess I am not putting the correct terms in
I need help finding case law and cases specific to following issues
1. Judge saying in court my ex needs to file a motion to obtain additional days with the children and then giving him the two days without anything filed
2. Judge not permitting me to testify to say why she shouldn't give him the days. I was not given a chance to present my side of things
3. Finding me in contempt for not going to custody evaluator while I testified I couldn't afford it
